List: Cities in a sports slump -- No New Orleans!?

Sports Illustrated has a list of 10 towns across America mired in a sports slump and, surprisingly, New Orleans isn't one of them. Okay, they've got the stalwarts: Philadelphia, Cleveland and Buffalo. But also making the list are New York and Los Angeles. Huh? Sheer lunacy, SI. Read more.
