Yep--this one is callled "The Frank Files." It focuses on stuff that is WWL-TV and Channel 4 goings on. My personal blog, called "Straight From The Frank Files," takes the leads from what I post here and embellishes them to cover a wider field of interest. . .that plus a whole gamut of other subjects.

If you go to the Channel 4 website (www.wwltv.com) and click on my name on the blue bar across the top, a menu will drop down. Then click on "Fishing and Cooking." Aside from using Minute Instant Rice (which is pretty good quality and cooks up light and fluffy in only 5 minutes), here's a recipe for cooking perfect Louisiana long grain rice that will fluff "grain for grain." Put a pot on the stove. Pour a gallon of water into it (which equates to 14 cups of water). Crank up the fire to high. And bring the water to a rapid boil. Then measure out up to 4 cups of rice.
