When you were at Rousse's on the West Bank for the Book Signing, I bought your book and spoke to you about Senior Citizen's Line Dancing. You sang
"Margie" to me if you recall. You mentioned about getting with us at Oakdale Recreational Center
where I teach Line dancing to the Senior Citizens.
I've mentioned it to the Group and they are
anxious to be with you and they asked that you
bring some of your cookbooks for purchasing.
I would like to send you a picture of us, not
sure how. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Frank, We have moved to a small town in North Carolina named Garner. It comes as no surprise that they think crawfish are used for bait. There are no places that sell live crawfish here. What can we use insted of mudbugs in our recipies? There are a few things we miss about New Orleans and you guys are one of them.
