Trade Donte Stallworth.....its a decision right up there with firing Randy Mueller....when will the Saints get an owner who knows something about football?

Listen, Donte Stallworth is / was overrated. He will be injured for most of the year and he's not a good character guy. The Saints need Linebackers, they got one plus a draft pick for next year. This was a great move....and I might add they have 2-3 capable replacements.

Must have been a slow news/sports day in Philly if this is all they can write about ... Donte' Stallworth will not be missed in New Orleans ... he has been a disappointment since being drafted ... an underachiever ... yes, he has all the talent ... but it is his motivation and focus which I have always questioned ... and the talent we have at receiver far outweighs his loss ... Will Simoneau be a plus for us? ... time will tell ... I expect our defense to struggle early in the season but get better by mid season and be a "pleasent" surprise by the end of the season ... If Coach Payton's can get this team to focus ... the Saints will be in the playoff scramble at the end of the season ... if not actually making it into the playoffs ...

You kidding me? Dante Stallworth was well overdue for a nice firing. He's always been a let down. Guy can't even catch.

I live right outside of philly and the only reason stallworth was a dissapointment in new orleans is cause he was on the right team. not to bash the saint's cause I think they're gonna have a great season, but it is very hard for a young player to keep focus if he can't win. It was a very good trade because you guys need defense. You have a good offense now with Drew Brees, Duece, Joe Horn, and Bush. When everyone on the offense gets synched and works together. it's gonna be a hard offense to stop. But I don't think Stallworth should be bashed for his performance, and he proved that tonight.
