Spotty Drizzle Possible but Sunshine Coming!

6:33 AM Mon, Nov 02, 2009 |

The area of low pressure that helped trigger showers yesterday is moving away from the coast this morning. Patchy drizzle will still be possible today with a few light rain showers mainly over eastern areas. Temperatures will stay in the upper 50s. North and northeast winds will blow at 10 to 20 mph. Tides are running 1 to 2 feet above normal and a coastal flood advisory is in effect until noon today. Pleasant changes are coming.

Any lingering drizzle will taper off tonight. Skies will clear tomorrow and we should enjoy plenty of sunshine for the rest of the week. Temperatures will top out in the lower to mid 60s tomorrow, then cool back into the mid 50s for highs Wednesday. Expect highs in the low 60s through the weekend.
