If only we could vote each day for our weather! I think the vast majority heading to the polls would opt for sunshine and warmer conditions today. That is what we will get. Highs today will get back to normal, generally in the mid 60s. Skies will be mostly sunny. The winds will be from the north at 5 to 10 mph and increasing tonight. A front will quietly slip through tonight and tomorrow will be cooler with highs in the mid to upper 50s. We can expect more clouds tomorrow night, but clearing for Thursday. Temps will briefly rebound Thursday then dip again for Friday. Skies Friday through Monday should be mostly to partly sunny. Highs Saturday will reach the lower to mid 60s. Expect highs Sunday and Monday in the upper 60s. Minor tidal flooding is still possible today as tides are running about 1 to 1.25 feet above normal. Small craft advisories are posted for our coastal waters so check the marine forecast before heading out. |
