Tough to Beat!

8:21 AM Wed, Oct 21, 2009 |

Our string of gorgeous days continues. Highs today will reach the mid 70s under sunny skies. Winds will continue from the southwest at 5-10 mph. And we won't stop here. Skies will remain clear tonight and sunny tomorrow with temperatures increasing a few degrees. But as the saying goes... "All good things must come to an end." Changes are coming this weekend.

Friday it will still be quite mild with highs in the mid 70s, but look for clouds to roll into the region. There may even be a few stray showers late Friday evening. The better chances for showers will be Saturday in advance of a cold front. The front may also produce a few isolated thunderstorms before clearing the area Saturday evening. Skies should clear out by Sunday morning, and temperatures will return to normal with highs in the upper 60s.
