Low pressure off the Carolina coast provided plenty of low level moisture for Hampton Roads last night and early this morning. Showers and a few isolated storms rolled through early and the skies will be mostly cloudy for most of the day. Temperatures are mild and should stay in the mid 60s. Lows tonight will fall into the upper 50s and showers will likely return to the region. Expect areas of rain tomorrow, especially through the early and middle parts of the day. We should see some clearing by late tomorrow afternoon. Highs tomorrow will climb into the lower 70s. Looking ahead to Halloween... we still have a chance for a stray shower. Otherwise it will be partly to mostly cloudy with highs Saturday in the upper 70s. |
