So This is Normal?

Plenty of sunshine for the region today. Temperatures will climb into the upper 80s (warmer inland.) Looking at the climate history, this is just as it should be this time of year.

The typical mid-July temperatures will continue into the weekend as well. We could use some rain as we are about 3.5 inches below normal. There is a chance of a few isolated showers or storms over the weekend.
