...no, it wasn't here, of course. We don't often flirt with a white Christmas in Hampton Roads. But I happened to be in Pennsylvania for the holiday and enroute to do some last minute shopping encountered just a bit of snow. It was nice--and just enough. Having lived in upstate New York for ten years I'm happy to enjoy milder winters. I know plenty of people disagree with me, but when we do have a brush with wintry weather it causes such havoc around here. Still, it seems like we do get at least one snow "event" each year. I can recall a couple around President's Day in February. But if we don't this time around, I'm satisfied with those Pennsylvania flurries.
