Wednesdays are usually the only days that Evan and my schedules overlap. So a couple of years ago he suggested we go out to lunch. It's evolved into a standing "date". Evan even gave it a title: Wednesdays with Wilcox. In turn, it's also been termed "Eating with Evan".

I'm indecisive so Evan always picks the place (I have veto power but I think I've only exercised it once). Thanks to him I've sampled a wide variety of the great cuisine available in Hampton Roads. It's also a nice chance to get out of the office and talk about more than graphics, radar and crazy schedules.

Speaking of which, because our schedules are turned upside down with the holidays approaching we've probably done our last lunch for 2007. But keep an eye out for us at your favorite hot spot come January.
