Amazing Alliteration
I love alliteration. In fact, at my old station my two best friends (who happened to be the photographers I worked with most nights) and I would come up with ridiculous sentences or phrases that we'd try to put in stories or live shots.
Our favorite: "Friends, family, and fellow firefighters said farewell to a fine fallen fellow Friday." Okay, I didn't actually say that in my live shot, but we had a great time brainstorming and coming up with it. We did it often, and came up with amusing little phrases that left us in fits of laughter.
This week, I was reminded of the old game when writing my stories. For some reason phrases with alliteration keep popping into my head. Yesterday it was "late literature" and "beach book borrowers", today, "pungo pedaling partners" and "ridiculous restrictions". I think I'm on a roll.
Stay tuned to Pilot 13News and 13News at 11 and see if you can pick out the wonderful words that make amazing alliteration in my stories.

I love it. I relish remembering ridiculous rants about alliteration. It's great getting a shout-out from a fantastic friend and phenomenal reporter.
