In a frantic panic my photographer and I rushed out the door .
I see the grey clouds and feel the dampness in the air but think nothing about it until we start driving down the Interstate.

As the rain pounds the windshield all I could
think was why didn't I bring my rain boot to work.
fortunately I packed my baseball cap to keep my head dry and the coat I was wearing was water proof.
The rain never let up and after running to get interviews and standing through three live shots my feet were soaked.
Even as I am blogging I can feel the water between my toes.
Oh how I can't wait to put on some dry fuzzy socks.
Lesson Learned..never leave home without check-in with WVEC's weather lab.
