Normally for events of this kind there is a $10 processing fee for television sets because of the extra glass in the sets. This fee will be waived for the first 100 sets at each location.

None of the material collected will be put into a landfill. We are working with a very reputable electronic recycling company, Creative Recycling Systems out of Florida who are generously donating all of their services which is making this possible to do all over Hampton Roads.

This is the first regional electronics recycling event in this region and it has taken months to plan.
