I was hoping to go live form Virginia Beach last evening where the North American Association of Environmental Educators are holding their conference. Weather coverage and breaking news tied up our resources so I was unable to report live from the event.
They had several alternative fuel vehicles on diplay. It would have great to show some of them on the air. I will do an "It's Our Watch" episode on transportation options at some point in the future. The conference continues today and tomorrow.
The next "It's Our Watch" segment will air this coming Tuesday Nov. 20th at 5:30 PM, and the story stinks... literally! I'm talking about trash. As we head to the holiday season there are things we can do to reduce our waste. Tis the season!
We'll post some things to be mindful of throughout the holidays.
