More great "It's Our Watch" stories to be told. Working on the next... and watching the tropics...

Save money AND the enviroment!?! Sound too good to be true? Well it isn't. We'll show how in the next segment of "It's Our Watch." It will air sometime next week. We aren't sure exactly when right now as we may be busy early next week with "Gabrielle." Today, the system well to our southeast is looking pretty sloppy, but there is still a good posibility of it developing late Friday into Saturday. If the computer guidance is correct, we may get some wind and rain late Sunday into Monday. There is still alot of uncertainty with what this will do(if anything) so keep checking back with us. By the way... we are 8.66" below normal for precipitation this year. Some tropical rain without too much wind might help us more than hurt.

Stay tuned to 13News and check out the hurricane center online under the weather section.
