Wear light colored, loose fitting clothing. Drink plenty of water. Take breaks from the heat if you can.
Remember to check on elderly neighbors and make sure your pets have shade and water.
Kids don't handle the heat as well and healthy adults. You may need to force the kids to take a break from the heat as well!
