"Fat Tuesday" was yesterday. Now, it's Lent. Many people use this as a "New Year's Resolution Redo." A time to get back on track with your goals. Give up something -- a favorite food, drink, smoking, etc. Or maybe start a more positive behavior -- increase exercise, improve relationships, etc. Little steps go a long way to permanent results! |
