Here's the 24 rainfall map from this morning, the third flood in as many months over southern Indiana...
24rainfall.pngSouthern Indiana featured flooding, and while Kentucky endured wind damage.

Flash flood warnings were posted all over southern Indiana, with numerous reports of roads washed over, rising rivers and creeks bursting their banks, and even some high-water rescues. From Trimble county in Kentucky to Dubois county in Indiana and north, flooding has been a big problem, and will continue to be in some areas, with Flood Warnings still in effect through 3pm today. A flood watch continues through 8pm. A cold front still needs to move through, so that means more showers on and off through this evening. The heaviest rain and storms through tonight will likely be south of Louisville and east of I-65.

Several damaging wind reports are coming in from Hardin and Larue counties in Kentucky. From Upton through Rineyville we've heard of a barn blow over, a roof torn off, and some tree and powerlines down. The National Weather Service did survey the damage around Upton, and declared it straight-line wind damage from 70-80 mph winds. The NWS is also heading to Holy Cross in Marion county Kentucky to survey some damage there. We'll update you with the survey results when they come in. Here's a list of some of the recent reports...
