A complex of severe storms have been pounding KS and MO all afternoon and this evening. These storms have produced (so far) 5 tornadoes, 63 damaging winds, 182 large hail. This cluster of storms will head our way overnight, but they will weaken as they arrive by tomorrow morning. With that said we could still see some locally heavy downpours, gusty winds (30-40 mph) and small hail. As the storms dissipate they will leave outflow boundries that may interact with each other allowing storms to develop in the afternoon with daytime heating. The atmosphere is really juiced up with dewpoints tomorrow in the mid to upper 60s, so any storms that do develop may be strong or even severe. The SPC has us in a slight chance for severe weather tomorrow...

Wednesday Night-Thursday morning an approaching cool front and an upper level disturbance will give us another threat of strong to severe weather. Greatest threat will be damaging winds, heavy rain, and hail. We may get a little break midday Thursday, however the front stalls across Kentucky, giving us another shot for strong/severe storms late Thursday afternoon and evening. SPC still has in slight risk mainly south of Louisville.

We'll be watching things very closely over the next couple of day. Stay Tune...
The SPC has us in a 30% probability of severe weather for tomorrow.
Gonna be a busy day...
What do you think the tornado threat will be?
