So far we've had 6 days at 90 or above, the hottest today, Thursday the 25th, at 92. On average there are 6.5 days at 90 or above in June. So, we're close to the norm, just getting a late start with the heat wave this month. We'll have two more days in the 90s (Friday and Saturday). Looks like Saturday will be our hottest day of the year with mid 90s possible.

The problem lately has been the humidity, it's been high, putting the heat index to around 100 during the afternoons.

Here's some climo for the rest of the summer...

Days 90 degrees or above:

July = 12.3
August = 10.4
September = 3.4
Year = 33

So, how are you staying cool out there??? It's the baby pool for me :) Actually, I'm always just in a cool state of mind...ya, right.
