Looks like soccer will be washed out this weekend. A low is expected to impact us by late Friday night and Saturday. It will have all the warmth and moisture it needs by the time it gets here to create some heavy rain showers and thunderstorms. The best chance for severe storms will be the further south you are in the area. The rain could also cause flooding problems. Looks like a busy Saturday!

Thanks Forrest! The tornado warning didn't verify, thankfully, and the rest of the reports were from hail ranging from 1/2-3/4". Starting April 1st, hail has to be 1" or larger to spark a severe thundersotrm warning. So overall, we got off lucky.
