Tropical Storm Fay is still hanging out over Florida. Fay made landfall AGAIN yesterday... Becoming only the fourth tropical storm or hurricane to come ashore (in the same state) three different times. Heavy rain has been falling across much of Florida since Monday and President Bush has declared a state of emergency statewide. Some areas have received as much as 30 inches of rain and they could see up to another foot of rain in the next couple of days. Flooding is also possible in Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi as Fay slowly moves west.

Right now it looks like we could see a little bit of Fay's subtropical moisture move into Kentuckiana around next Tuesday. We will watch it closely for you.
