The second tropical storm of the season "Bertha" is gaining strength in the central Atlantic Ocean with winds sustained at 60 mph. Those winds will need to increase by about 14 mph, to 74 mph for the storm to become the first hurricane of the season. This could happen within the next day or two. This storm looks to pose no threat to the vacation islands of the Caribbean and Bahamas next week, in case you have plans. Although, the storm path is subject to change.
