This shows how a power plant in Poca, West Virginia was responsible for creating convection, or basically a rain cloud. I have experienced something like this downwind of a power plant in Indiana, where snow was falling under the smoke cloud from the smoke stack. I guess you can call this human induced weather. Pretty amazing stuff.
