Cool, Wet July?

11:06 PM Sat, Jun 21, 2008 |

Notice the correlation between rain and cooler conditions. A wet soil will typically keep high temperatures down a bit, but keep conditions muggier. This situation certainly wouldn't be good for the upper Mississippi Valley, where floods continue.
