The rain this afternoon and early evening will be heavy. More flooding near the rivers. Later tonight, the cold moves back in and we should see the transition back to snow after midnight. Nothing too heavy during the evening, but the snow will pick up with the upper low movng in just before sunrise on Sunday. Should make for some interesting trips to morning services!
