Parts of southern Indiana picked up more than an inch of rainfall this morning from a line of showers and storms that diminished as it entered downtown Louisville just before 9am this morning. Although, Louisville recieved only very light amounts of rain from this first round of activity, heavy storms continue both northeast and southwest of the metro area helping other drought stricken parts of Kentuckiana.
