Another athlete takes a stab at putting out an album. From Kobe to Ron Artest to Walter McCarty, I guess if you play basketball, you might as well make some music.
I haven't heard all of Ramel Bradley's debut album, but I give the guy credit. He seems very passionate about it.

With Kentucky Derby 134 now in the rear view mirror I thought I'd list the things I'll remember about the Derby festivities.

For those of us standing trackside, near the entrance to the paddock, there was no way to see what happened near the backstrech. The fabulous filly, Eight Belles down on the ground with two broken ankles. Word quickly spread, and we abandoned our mission of talking with some of the Derby jockeys and trainers, and headed for the backside.
