November 2007 ArchivesWow! Just got back from the stadium and it's still hard to believe. For most of the game we saw the same old Louisville, especially on defense. Rutgers was running up and down the field, throwing to wide open guys and putting up lots of points. But in the 2nd half things changed... ...What a strange couple of days? Hasn't Louisville had enough years of speculation when it comes to the football coach. I thought that was over when Bobby Petrino went to the NFL. I guess not. ...Steve Kragthorpe to Southern Methodist University? It's not going to happen. I've been very critical of the job Louisville football coach Steve Kragthorpe has done this season. No way this team should be 5-6 with home losses to Syracuse and Utah. But despite the teams shortcomings this season he deserves more time, and will get more time. ...My head hurts!! I was looking at the tie-breakers in the SEC East, trying to figure out any way Kentucky could still make it to the title game in Atlanta. Sorry, but I think they are out of luck. Three games to go in the regular season and I don't feel very confident in either Louisville or Kentucky right now. How about you? ... |
