The Lexington Herald-Leader has found e-mails which show lobbyist Bob Babbage had several meetings with his partner in a property deal, Gov. Beshear's Chief of Staff Adam Edelen. The e-mails also show a third partner, Ralph Coldiron, was hurting for steady income when Beshear appointed him to head the Homeland Security Department.
