Anybody else see the similarities between the Alaskan legislature's investigation of Gov. Sarah Palin and former Attorney General Greg Stumbo's investigation of Gov. Ernie Fletcher? Fletcher initially said he wanted the merit hiring probe to reveal "the unvarnished truth" then accused Stumbo of a political witchhunt. Palin initially welcomed the "Troopergate" investigation saying "hold me accountable." Now she's refusing to cooperate, calling the legislature's probe politically motivated. 4 CommentsLeave a comment |

They both were politically motivated.
Yup.....you are so right.
They both were criminal.
Both governors obstructed justice.
Both governors refused to cooperate with investigators.
I hope that Palin, too, is prosecuted by the feds.
No doubt both were politically motivated, but regardless, the trooper admitted to using a taser on a 10 year old, and said it was a bad decision on his part. Thats just crazy, and he should have been fired on the spot. We have a cop taser a person after a chase, then the community wants the cop fired. I love the double standard here.
