Barack Obama's running mate will be in the Louisville metro area next week. Sen Joe Biden is scheduled to be in Clark and Floyd counties in Southern Indiana. Biden has a brother who lives in the Louisville area. Here's the release from the Obama campaign: Senator Joe Biden to Visit Southern Indiana Wednesday Indianapolis, IN -- The Obama-Biden campaign announced today that Senator Joe Biden will return to Indiana on Wednesday, Sept. 24, with a stop in Southern Indiana in the Clark/Floyd Counties area. This will be the second visit to Indiana by Senator Biden since accepting the nomination as the Democratic Party's vice presidential candidate. Biden and Senator Barack Obama made a stop in Hamilton, in Steuben County, as part of the "Road to Change" bus tour of battleground states following the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
