There's a major shake up at the top of the Louisville Metro Corrections Department. Yesterday, Director Tom Campbell announced his retirement. Today, the second in command, Kevin Sidebottom, handed in his resignation effective September 14th. Sidebottom is quitting as investigations into six complaints against him continue.
