Ethics Panel Drops Charge Against Former Highway Commish

The Executive Branch Ethics Commission has voted to follow a hearing officer's recommendation and drop its ethics charges against former State Transportation Cabinet official Marc Williams. Williams was the number 3 man in the department under Bill Nighbert.
