A city owned alley which dates back to 1869 is being given away by Louisville Metro government. The city is giving the property to the owners of the surrounding buildings. But at least one of the prospective owners doesn't want the alleyway which the city has failed to maintain for years and has a giant sinkhole in it. Here's my story.
