I heard Louisville mayor Jerry Abromson saying the city of Louisville will recoup millions of dollars when this is enacted. How is this saving the retirement fund?....If cities get a refund the retirement fund is still UNDERFUNDED!! No money should be reimbursed to cities. And the legislators themselves should be FORCED to be in the same retirement system as all other state employees. Only then will the system get funded as it should. Every citizen better get on this or your taxes will be going up to keep the system solvent!
