The Secretary of State's Office has received three requests to recanvass votes. Here's the release from Trey Grayson's office:
The Office of the Secretary of State has received recanvass requests from the following candidates to occur in the listed counties:
Charlie Walton, 11th State Senatorial District (Boone, Gallatin, and Kenton Counties)
John Sizemore, 92nd State Representative, (Knott County)
Jane Butcher, 34th Judicial District, 2nd Division (McCreary and Whitley Counties)
The recanvasses will take place in the counties requested at 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 29, 2008. Results will be sent immediately to the Office of the Secretary of State.
Procedures for recanvasses can be found in KRS 117.305 and 118.425 as well as 31 KAR 4:070
The State Board of Elections is scheduled to meet on June 9, 2008 where it is expected to certify the results from the 2008 Primary Election.
