Joseph Lambert thinks the lower paid employees in the Administrative Office of the Courts need raises worse than deputy clerks in the 120 Circuit Court Clerks offices. The problem is that the legislature designated pay raises for the deputy clerks, not the AOC employees and Lambert is ignoring their wishes.
