The so-called Bully Bill, which requires all public schools to have policies for reporting incidents of harassment and intimidation against students, is headed to the governor's desk. The senate version of the bill, which required teachers and administrators to call police for virtually every reported bullying incident, was scuttled in a conference committee in favor of a bill that was closer to the original House version. |
