Moberly Rips Governor, Chief Justice

The chairman of the House Appropriations and Revenue Committee ripped Gov. Steve Beshear today for "whining" and "fear mongering" about the House's budget plan. Rep. Harry Moberly also took Chief Justice Joseph Lambert to task for the same thing.
