I feel sorry for Jack Brammer of the H-L and Tom Loftus of the C-J. They staked out the state capitol on a sunday hoping some budget news would break. It didn't.

But here's what they've pulled together for stories. Not a whole lot of new information but it lays the groundwork for budget discussions in the house this week.
