An audit of the 2006-07 portfolio scores on the CATS test has found nearly half of the scores were inflated, giving critics of the CATS test ammunition to abolish the test or at least the written portion of it. The auditors looked at portfolio entries from about 10,000 of the 140,000 4th, 7th and 11th graders who were tested on the portfolio section. Here's the story that aired Wednesday on WHAS11 News. |
