Keeling - Beshear Should Do "Tax Tinkerization"
The Lexington Herald-Leader's Larry Keeling says Governor Beshear needs a bolder plan to raise money than legalizing casinos.
Keeling is suggesting in his column that Beshear do more tax reform which would include some tax hikes to generate revenue.
