Rest of Stumbo Story

The Lexington Herald-Leader has the rest of the story on the Greg Stumbo/vote buying allegations.

Apparently, the woman who talked to federal investigators and prosecutors had a tale to tell but no proof to back up her story so any investigation of Stumbo stopped before it started.
