Tina Conner had filed a lawsuit against Patton that had been dismissed on the circuit court level. Now she's lost on the appeals court level.

As an aside, I probably should have written a book about the entire Tina Conner-Paul Patton fiasco. I regret that I didn't. My suspicion is that most Kentuckians would have been more sympathetic to both Conner and Patton had they known, and seen, what I knew and saw. I hope both of them have found some peace in their lives.
