The head of UAW Region 3 director Maurice Davison says Henry supports labor issues including the right to collective bargaining. Davison also says Henry would "be a huge improvement over Ernie Fletcher, who took away the collective bargaining rights of state workers and eliminated the labor cabinet".

While the UAW endorsement of Henry could be considered a bit of surprise, the endorsement of Conway is not. He's the odds-on favorite to be the next Attorney General and several organizations have been eager to jump on his bandwagon early.
