Michelle Obama is scheduled to host the fundraiser for her husband's presidential campaign along with Betsy Myers, the former Director of Women's Initiatives in the Clinton adminstration. The reception and "discussion" fundraiser is $100/person or $1000 to be a "host". It's being held at the Center for the Arts. The relatively tiny contribution continues Barack Obama's effort to draw in as many contributors as possible, hoping to generate a groundswell of support among small givers.
