Fletcher's approval rating dropping to 31%. ...Governor Fletcher was roundly booed when he was introduced to speak at a Ford Motor Co. event in Louisville on Monday. ...Here's the latest on the Governor's race. ...By late Monday morning, you'll be able to watch all of the remarks from Jonathan Miller and Irv Maze on WHAS11.com. Steve Beshear and Dan Mongiardo will make their official announcement Monday at 10 a.m. at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort. Steve Henry may be really struggling to find a running mate. Several sources say an intermediary with ties to the former Lt. Governor approached Lexington state Rep. Kathy Stein last week about the possibility of her running with Henry. ...The post-election finance reports for congressional candidates are out and they show one-third of John Yarmuth's campaign collections came from his own pocket. ...Kentucky's Health and Family Services cabinet secretary is apparently in line for a federal job, perhaps with the Center for Medicaid Services. ...It looks like Steve Beshear and Daniel Mongiardo have reached a deal to run as a ticket for the democratic party nomination for governor-lt. governor. ...Good question from a reader about the anti-Louisville bias and whether a Louisville candidate could win a statewide race for governor.
