Consignment stores. Let me begin by saying I have shopped and sold at consignment stores, several of them. Many years ago I bought a great dress at a consignment store and wore it to a very ritzy Derby event. In fact, if I recall, I went to the Derby event so I could wear the dress! Only half of Indiana's schools met their adequate yearly progress this year.
